YAY!!!! Hearing for you totally made my entire day! :)

Look at you, with all those AP classes!! That's really impressive. And a 3.85 is awesome! You're gonna do amazing things, kid. Are you graduating this year? How is life when you're not studying? Anything exciting going on?

Yeah, I'm still student teaching. I'm finishing up at a high school, only 3 weeks until spring break, then I go to my second placement, a junior/senior high school. I'm there for 7 weeks and then I graduate... how ridiculous is that?! Next week I'm going to a job placement conference so that should be exciting.

Keep in touch when you can, I love hearing from you! I hope everything is going well <3

Hello again! :) It's incredible that you had to option to move up a grade. Props to you, friend! Any idea what you want to do with your life?

Local bands are fun! I haven't been to any recently, but I will be going to a mock-band this weekend. Some of my friends are doing a parody of Tenacious D, so that should be.... interesting? Other than that, not a lot of exciting stuff going on. Pennsylvania is pretty boring, haha.

Right now I teach 9th grade students, and it's early American History. I have three ability levels, from special ed to honors, which makes planning really interesting. My next placement will be with 7th and 8th graders, mostly world history. Not exactly my forte, but we'll make it work! The process is pretty simple, I have to write all the lessons, teach them, make up tests, and grade them. But eventually it all piles on and I think sometimes it's hard for the kids to adjust. I haven't had a student teacher since elementary school, so it's weird for me, too, sometimes.

But yep, May 10th is my graduation day. I can't believe it's so soon! Just crazy.
